Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the original items with all tags attached back into the shipping bag or box, ensuring the package is securely sealed.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid Canada Post return label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized Canada Post location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
